Pottery Painting Parties for Adults & Children
Pottery Painting Parties at the Creative Chicken are a great way for all ages to celebrate with friends and family.
Not only will you and your guests have a great time but you will also create your own pieces of original artwork. Pottery Painting Parties are perfect for birthdays, hen parties & family get togethers.
You can bring along your own birthday cake, nibbles and alcohol (for adults only) or ask us to arrange these for you. Once you are booked we'll do the rest including helping you create a special commemorative gift for the person who's special day it is.
Please note a minimum of 10 attendees is required to book a party. Prices from £15 per person (depending on the items you chose to be paint and the number attending). If you require a party for a smaller group we offer the option of non-exclusive use of the studio or exclusive use with a surcharge of £2 per person.
Children's Pottery Painting Parties
Our children's party package incudes:

exclusive use of our studio for your 1 hour party session for under 12's

a choice of pottery to paint from our Party Range for each which includes lots of fun animals, gnomes, vehicles, dinosaurs etc,
-
instruction on how to use the glaze to decorate their pieces,
-
glazing & firing or the pieces after the event,
-
return of each child's piece in a party bag after firing,
-
a commemorative plate for the birthday child personalised with their name & the names of the children at the party.

a table for you to put out birthday cake & snacks if required.
Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times in the
Adult Pottery Painting Parties
Adult parties are 90 mins and price is from £15 per person depending upon the pottery you choose to paint.
Our Adult party package incudes:

exclusive use of our studio for your 90 min party session

a choice of pottery to paint from our complete range for each which includes lots of mugs, plates, vases, ornaments, lanterns and much, m uch more.

instruction on how to use the glaze to decorate your pieces,

glazing & firing or the pieces after the event,
-
a commemorative plate of the celebration which we will personalised for you or you can choose to deorate yourselves.

a table for you to put out cake & snacks if required.
How Does It Work?

Complete an online booking form telling us about your party plans and we will send you a quote. Please note a minimum of 10 painters is required for a party.

Come along to our studio, pick up your pottery, choose your colours (from our range of over 30!)

Have fun painting your bisque! Don't worry if you aren't usually creative, we have lots of ideas for patterns and designs to help you.

Once happy with your design you leave your masterpiece with us and we will glaze it for you then fire it in our kiln. We will also create a unique piece for the person celebrating as a reminded of their special day.

We will let you know when your pottery is ready for collection (usually 7-10 days later depending on the volume we have to fire). Don't worry if you can't collect - we can post your pottery to you (p&p charges apply)
